At Avenex Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products.Returns are accepted only for EV chargers. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and items

Return Conditions:
Any product that shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or mishandling will not be accepted for return.Products returned without original packaging or missing items may be rejected.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items:
Accessories and other non-EV charger products are not eligible for return unless they are received in damaged or incorrect condition.

Avenex Solutions reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
