Warranty Coverage:
Our EV Charger comes with a 6 Months replacement Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:
•Proof of purchase, such as invoice or order confirmation
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
Exclusions / What is Not Covered:
Warranty will be void under the following conditions:
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Use without proper electrical protection, such as breakers.
• Damage caused by weak, faulty, or improper wiring.
• Physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.

• Our team will assess the claim
• If approved, a replacement unit will be provided
